Lois A. SullivanLois A. Sullivan, age 82, of Warsaw, passed away Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019, at 8:55 a.m. in her home.
She was born July 19, 1937, to Louis Levi and Jennie de Roos Phillips in Chicago.
She married Richard Edwin “Cappy” Sullivan in November of 1962 in Chicago.
She moved to Warsaw in 1991 with her husband Cappy. She was active in the Special Olympics for many years in Chicago and Warsaw.
She is survived by a daughter, Martha Ann Sullivan, Warsaw; and a son, Brian Charles Sullivan (Darrell Kozlowski) of Palos Heights, Ill.
She was preceded in death by husband, Richard “Cappy” Sullivan, on Sept. 10, 2018.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 24 from 5 to 8 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 11 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw, with Father Jonathan Norton officiating the mass.
Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
