1st Source Bank (100 N. Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana, 46601) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the new 1st Source Bank located at 325 S Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Runoff from the project site will discharge into shallow basins located on the project site.
