Dietician To Discuss Meal Preparation
Parkview Health Registered Dietician Lauren Harden will host a seminar entitiled “Meal Planning: Prep for Success,” from 6 to 7 p.m. March 7 at Parkview Warsaw Center for Healthy Living, located inside the Parkview Warsaw YMCA.
Attendees will learn how a little bit of meal preparation can save time, money with minimal stress.
This presentation is free, but seating is limited.
Those interested in receiving individual dietary guidance from Harden can do so the afternoon of March 7. Appointments are available from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Prom, Bridal Expo Saturday
The City of Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will host its first Prom and Bridal Expo from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Center Lake Pavilion, 119 E. Canal St.
Admission is free and all attendees will have a chance to win a door prize basket.
