Leesburg Clerk Applications Sought LEESBURG – Applications are being accepted for the Leesburg Town Council clerk-treasurer seat to replace Jan Carter who resigned. Applications are available at the Kosciusko County Justice Building clerk’s office, 121 N. Lake St., until May 21. Candidates must live in the Leesburg town limits to qualify for the seat.
