Local Author's Book Responds To The Question 'Is Homosexuality A Sin?'

Kyra Linn has always wanted to write a book. She accomplished her goal, which has been 10 years in the making, this year. Linn is a Warsaw local and also a Warsaw graduate. Growing up in this community influenced her decision to write “Is Homosexuality a Sin?” She writes about her concerns and how she handled everything. She said this is a very conservative community and she wanted to share her perspective being a homosexual Christian. Linn said her favorite subject is the Bible, and she said the relationship between religion and homosexuality is often conflicting. Linn said her book is not an easy read, but “resources are limited,” and said her book offers a new perspective on religion and homosexuality. In January 2006, Linn became disabled. Once she finally sat down to begin writing, the process took her five years to complete. “I can only type one finger at a time,” Linn said. Linn is currently working on two more books. One is about her mother growing up in Germany during the war, and she is also working on the sequel to “Is Homosexuality a Sin?” Linn’s book can be purchased online at Amazon.com and it is available as an e-book, hard back or paperback.
