Local Attorney To Present On Crime And Punishment In Kosciusko County

Local attorney David Kolbe will offer a presentation regarding the criminal justice system in Kosciusko County. The free event is open to the public and will take place at the Warsaw Community Public Library on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
Kolbe is a long-time criminal defense attorney, former Kosciusko County prosecutor and senior visiting professor for the Center for International Legal Studies.
