BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Sally Carpenter, a real estate agent serving Big Barbee Lake, has been recognized with the Aqua Award at Lake Homes Realty’s 14th Annual National Agent Summit.
The Aqua Award is presented to agents at Lake Homes Realty’s annual Summit, with recipients of the Aqua Award required to achieve at least $3.5 million and up to, but not exceeding, $10 million in total transaction volume, or complete at least 20 transaction sides totaling $2.5 million or more in transaction volume.
Carpenter earned the Aqua Award in recognition of her accomplishments in real estate during the 2025 to 2026 award period.
