Lloyd Archer

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. – Lloyd Archer, 72, entered into rest Dec. 27, 2014. He was born May 15, 1942, in Cromwell, to Dallas and Wilma Archer. He was married to his loving wife, Carol Archer, who preceded him in death. With pride and honor, he served his country in the U.S. Air Force, and later retired from Fort Valley State University as an associate professor. His memory will forever be treasured by his daughter, Elisa Archer (and spouse Tracy) Reece, Warner Robins; two grandchildren, Bayleigh Danielle and Blayne Madison Reece; a brother, Benny (and spouse Sherry) Archer, Albion; a sister, Brenda (and spouse Terry) Golden, Warsaw; a sister-in-law, Judy Guyer; and six nieces and nephews: Kevin and Marissa Archer, Trenton and Derrick Golden, Cheryl Wallace and Greg Guyer. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Christ United Methodist Church.
