Editor, Times-Union: Is there a person or persons that would purchase the Little Crow building and turn it into a cultural arts center? Different artists could rent out areas for their studios for galleries and workshops. This could include jewelers and people with upscale specialty items.
What about a coffee-sandwich area? Perhaps an area giving the history of Little Crow Milling.
As Warsaw is central to South Bend, Goshen and Fort Wayne, artists from these areas could be a part without a lot of travel time. This would complement the Village at Winona and be a benefit to both areas.
Other cities have used older buildings in this manner. Not a small project but a nice addition to downtown Warsaw.
