FORT WAYNE - Lisa L. Bornman, 42, of Fort Wayne, died Dec. 13, 2007, in Columbia City.
She was born in Fort Wayne to Paul and Carol Russell, who survive in Fort Wayne. She married Pat Bornman, formerly of Warsaw, who survives in Fort Wayne.
She was a homemaker. She was a 1983 Homestead High School graduate and a 1987 graduate of Ball State University. She was a member of The Chapel.
Also surviving is a sister, Teri (and spouse John) Warren, Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by a son, Jake.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at The Chapel, 2505 W. Hamilton, with Pastor Rick Hawks officiating. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, and one hour prior to services Monday at The Chapel.
