I have read so many great letters recently. Excellent common sense like Toni Wheeler, Teresa Martin and Robert Orn's "Treason" hit the nail on the head. C.L. Hendrix gives us all something to think about. Thanks also to Larry Sexton, Suzanne Hill, Judith and Bill Osha and Lonnie Slone. All of you are right on.
It seems socialist Obama is "hell bent" on running this nation any way and every way he can. He does photo shoots for the press, runs around the world trying to drum up business for Chicago, (failed) campaigns in New Jersey for his liberal buddy (failed) does the same thing in Virginia (failed). That's just a small sample of his agenda.
Meanwhile, his top general (he chose) is begging for more troops while fine young men die, our unemployment figures continue to rise to more than 10.2 percent, he puts this nation into the deepest debt we have ever seen, he ignores the fact that Americans do not want Pelosi's health care plan. It has nothing to do with reform and everything to do with taking away our freedoms including the U.S. Constitution and I do believe that Obama is committing treason if he signs away our sovereignty by signing anything at the 2009 Copenhagen Climate Change meeting this December. It's nuts to even go there when his attention should be on the state of this union and two wars and jobs for the unemployed. Obama has traveled to more than 20 countries in the last 11 months, a record. The Oval Office is really vacant.
By the way, he has hit the links playing more in 10 months than Bush did in three years. He isn't fit to be president of the United States. All he wants to do is give away the farm as fast as he can and vacation with his family as much as he can, because he's got to know he is a one-term president at best.
The pity is the damage he and his liberal socialist pals can do in the meantime. Patriots are gathering all across this country to fight back when any party conspires to take away our hard-fought liberties. Once those freedoms are lost, we may never get them back.
I don't read the letters written by the members of the "Dream Team" any longer. I feel that if they love socialism and being cared for by big government, they should get a one-way ticket outta here and enjoy life in a socialist country in some other part of the world.
Today was Veterans Day - we salute all of you. And we salute the men and women who are fighting the war on terror. God bless each of you and God bless America.
