Light Rail Café & Roaster Has Renovated Dining AreasLight Rail Café & Roaster, 1000 Park Ave., Winona Lake, had a ribbon-cutting with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce Wednesday to unveil their newly renovated dining room and patio. Partner-owner Joel Squires said the renovation took about four months, and they reopened for business Sept. 1. Light Rail employs 15 people and is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
