Posted
The late Dr. Howard Liebengood and his wife Helen established a fund with the Community Foundation of Wabash County in 2007 to provide scholarships to Warsaw Community High School students who are graduating in the top 20 percent of the senior class. To be eligible, students must be pursuing higher education either full or part time from any accredited university or college. Along with an application, students are required to submit a proof of financial need form from the college or university they plan to attend. Students who have previously been awarded the scholarship may reapply each year they are in college after the initial award if they maintain at least a 2.5/4.0 grade point average at the accredited university or college.

Applications for the scholarship are available through the Community Foundation of Wabash County's website www.cfwabash.org

The applications are due to a WCHS guidance counselor or the Community Foundation of Wabash County, 218 E. Main St., North Manchester, by March 1. Contact the WCHS guidance office or Foundation Program Officer Sarah Hawkins Moan at 260-982-4824 or sarah@cfwabash.org with questions.
