The recent flooding problem at the Warsaw Community Public Library has been corrected, according to Jo Ann Byers, library spokeswoman.
"There was no problems this morning with water standing or coming back in the building," Byers said after Tuesday morning's heavy rain. "The contractor has appeared to solve whatever the problem was."
The library experienced some flooding problems on the lower level during the heavy rains last month.
"The system was designed to handle normal rains," said library director Ann Zydek. "And we've had no problems with this morning's rains. Although we did put some sand bags out this morning just to be on the safe side."
She added that the contractor is looking at relocating some downspouts and widening some drains to move drainage water faster and to prevent the water from backing up in the building.
