I live just outside the city limits of Warsaw on CR 200N in Plain Township. Because of this there is no free library for me to go to. I am a senior citizen and Leesburg has no library. Because the taxes I pay don't contribute to the Warsaw Library, that means if I want a library card I have to pay for one. This doesn't quite seem fair. Guess I just have to go along with all the other unfair things in this world and be thankful for what I got.
