Only one message is given to our leaders when I vote Democrat or Republican. The message is that I am happy with what they are doing. I am happy with taxes going up. I am happy with the ever-increasing list of failed programs. I am happy with government getting bigger and bigger.
Only one message is given to our leaders when I vote Libertarian. I am not happy with what they are doing. I want failed programs canceled. I want taxes smaller. I want a small government as laid out in the Constitution of the United States.If you like things the way they are, keep voting Democrat and Republican.
If you really want to send a message, if you really want your vote to count, vote libertarian.
Hugh Downs, one of America's most famous television personalities, said it best, "This country is a one-party country. Half of that party is called Republican and half is called Democrat. It doesn't make any difference. All the really good ideas belong to the Libertarians."
