Lettie Jo Lindsey, 78, died at 11 a.m. March 16, 2013, in Warsaw Meadows. She was born Jan. 2, 1935, in Martin, Ky., to Charles B. and Belle Spears Rickman. Living in Warsaw, she was formerly of Jackson, Mich. She was a daycare worker and loved spending time with the kids. Surviving are a daughter, Tresa (and spouse James) Hatch, Jackson; two sons, Michael (and spouse Teresa) Lindsey, Warsaw, and Chris (and spouse Candace) Lindsey, Rives Junction, Mich.; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren plus one unborn; three sisters, Nellie (and spouse Bob) Hoene and Nora (and spouse Bob) Stephens, all of Warsaw, and Bonnie Rickman, Florida; and a brother, Paul (and spouse Barb) Rickman, Jackson. She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Steven Lindsey. Services were at 1 p.m. today at Caskey-Mitchell Funeral Home, Stockbridge, Mich., with Pastor Robert Castle officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Munith, Mich.
