Editor, Times-Union: Teresa Smith's Aug.3 report in the Times-Union about the lake access law omitted a very important point made by attorney Steve Snyder during his presentation against the proposed lake access development amendment.
Mr. Snyder stated that the amendment would eliminate all new waterfront condominiums on all of the lakes in Kosciusko County!
Personally, I do not think eliminating all new waterfront condominiums is in the public's best interest!
