GOSHEN - Leon H. Crouse III, 50, of 463 E. CR 1150N, Milford, died at 9:02 p.m. April 17, 2007, in Goshen General Hospital.
He was born June 15, 1956, in Rome, N.Y., to Leon H. II and Connie Whaley Crouse. On Aug. 4, 1984, he married Katherine Wood, who survives.
He was a cabinet maker and attended Elkhart Church of God. He was a Little League baseball coach in Milford.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jason (Tonya) Parker, Rochester; two sons, Bryan Crouse, North Webster, and Jeremy Crouse, Milford; his father, Leon H. Crouse II, Rome; his mother, Connie Whaley, Winchester, Va.; a sister, Sherry Putprush, Winchester, Va.; a brother, Bob Crouse, Syracuse, N.Y.; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Reith-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen, with Pastor B.J. Bishop officiating.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
