Leo Wayne Mosier, 84, of Etna Green, passed away at 5 p.m. March 31, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born June 5, 1928, in Mentone, to Harry and Ruth Casner Mosier. On Sept. 13, 1947, in Warsaw, he married Barbara Truex, who died Nov. 7, 2011. A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, he was a well driller and also worked for the Kosciusko County Highway Department for 25 years. He was a member of New Beginnings Church, Atwood. Surviving are two sons Mike W. Mosier (and companion Mary Rightsell) Mosier, Etna Green, and Mark E. (and spouse Jennifer) Mosier, Bourbon; a daughter, Linda Frenger, Etna Green; a sister, Sandra Hollingsworth, Warsaw; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. He also was preceded in death by a brother Emery Mosier; a sister, Mary Alice Tillman; and a daughter, Laura Mulldene, who died Jan. 4, 2013. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Dennis Bollenbacher officiating. Burial will be in Stony Point Cemetery, Leesburg.
