Leland Duane Moore, 71, of Warsaw, died at 7 a.m. Nov. 24, 2011, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born Oct. 8, 1940, in Andrews, to Albert Eugene “Dinty” and Elizabeth Bare Moore. He was a member of Andrews Christian Church, and was affiliated with Pathfinders Services in Huntington and Cardinal Center, Warsaw. Surviving are a sister, Diann (and spouse Wayne) Slaymaker, Warsaw; a niece, Jolie “Joey” (and spouse Rick) Martin, Arlington; and two nephews, Tim (and spouse Gayle) Spry, Milwaukee, Wis., and Joel “JD” (and spouse Ann) Spry, Minneapolis, Minn. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Deal-Rice Funeral Home-Andrews Chapel. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory.
