Pictured are the third-graders at Washington STEM Academy using WeDo Lego kits to engineer. Students, teachers and parents collaborated to create gears. Students experimented with different size and types of gears. Students then recorded their observations and made decisions on what type and size of gear was best to perform certain tasks.
