LEGAL NOTICE OF VEGETATION MANAGEMENT FOR NIPSCO OVERHEAD ELECTRIC LINES Notice is hereby given that vegetation management is estimated to occur some time between 1/4/13 - 7/1/13 within the boundaries of the following area: In Elkhart County, Jackson, between the boundaries of County Line Rd to the South, County Rd 25 to the East, County Rd 123 to the North and County Rd 19 to the West; and in Kosciusko County, North Webster, 600 N to the South, State Rd 13 to the East, County Line Rd to the North and N 150 E to the West. Publication of this notice initiates the two (2) week window for calculating implied consent by the property owner under 170 IAC 4-9-4(f).
