LEGAL NOTICE Larry Coplen, for NORTHFIELD ENTERPRISES, INC., a proposed addional Four (4) buildings for storage units and a stone lot located on the West side of State Road #15, about 1/2-mile North of Levi Lee Road, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, has prepared a construction/storm water pollution prevention plan for this project in conformance with 'Rule 5', adopted in 2003, and effective on November 26, 2003, by the Indiana Water Pollution Control Board. The receiving waters is the Tippecanoe River. The contents of this plan have been submitted to the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District Office for their review.
