In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given for a new 44,000 s.f. Ivy Tech building, as part of the first phase of the new Warsaw Ivy Tech Campus located at the Northwest corner of the intersection of Silveus Crossing and U.S. 30 in Warsaw, Indiana. The Project includes building, parking, drive, utilities, and detention pond. The Project is scheduled to commence in June, 2010, and construction should be completed in September, 2011. More specifically, the Project is located in the NW 1/4 of Section 31, T 33 N, R 6 E. Receiving waters are Tippecanoe River.
