First off, I'm very unhappy with our town board members and this Mr. Julian. Do they think the Leesburg people are made out of money? No, we are a very small community, struggling each day to just survive. They have set these horrible high sewer rates for the people and our businesses (what we have left). Do you want to run all the businesses and the people out of town? Then who will pay? And that's just what's going to happen. Most of our town is seniors or people who also struggle every day just to survive after you pay $4 a gallon for gas, food and medications. Who has any money left for these high sewer bills? Town board members and Mr. Julian, what are you thinking?
I'm very sure Mr. Julian does not live in Leesburg, no doubt in Warsaw where he can pay about one-third of what he has set for us. Maybe you should move to Leesburg and help us out.
Well, all one can hope is maybe Warsaw will take us in and we can enjoy their cheap rates they have set for themselves.
It just makes one wonder how our town board members and Mr. Julian can sleep at night.
They better come up with something a whole lot cheaper for Leesburg, or all of us will be forced to leave Leesburg.
