ORDINANCE NUMBER 2014-2 An Ordinance amending the Town Code of the Town of Leesburg, Indiana. Whereas, the Town of Leesburg has previously adopted its Town Code, and Whereas, the Town Council of the Town has determined that it is in the best interests of the Town that said Code be amended. IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED THAT THE TOWN CODE OF THE TOWN OF LEESBURG BE AMENDED BY ADDING THE FOLLOWING TITLE I, CHAPTER VI, TO-WIT: TITLE I: CHAPTER VI. Section 1. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provisions or fails to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of the ordinances of the Town of Leesburg, Indiana, for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to the following: (A) A fine of $25.00 for the first offense; (B) A fine of $100.00 for the second offense; and, (C) A fine of $200.00 for the third offense.
