LEESBURG - Due to a last-minute change by the Warsaw School Corp., the Leesburg School Open House set for last Sunday was rescheduled.
The Times-Union was not notified of the change until Saturday morning - after the newspaper had already been published.
The Community Open House for Leesburg Elementary School is now scheduled for Aug. 30 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
The open house was originally scheduled on Aug. 3 but was moved to last Sunday because of construction delays.
The open house was moved again at the last minute because key people were out of town and could not attend Sunday.
The Times-Union published a photograph in Saturday's edition to promote the Sunday open house, unaware at press time of the last-minute change.
