LEESBURG – A Leesburg man is in serious condition in a Fort Wayne hospital after the tractor he was trying to jump start rolled over him.
According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Justin Graff, 33, Leesburg, was attempting to jump start a tractor at Worthington Ag Parts, North Ind. 15 in Leesburg.
The tractor he was trying to jump start was in gear so once it started, it rolled forward and over Graff.
Graff was originally thought to be critical so a Samaritan helicopter was sent.
That helicopter was called off and Graff was transported to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne with a broken pelvis and broken legs.
