A Leesburg man faces charges after police allege he had sex with a family member.
Jack Slater, 59, of 4223 E. CR 450N, is facing two felony counts of incest.
On June 25, the victim contacted police claiming to have been raped on several occasions including most recently on June 21 and 22, according to court records.
Police say Slater admitted to having sex with the family member.
Slater was arrested Friday and his bond was set at $100,000. As of this morning, he was still in jail.
