Leesburg third-grade students celebrated the 11th annual Turkey Read Day on Nov. 20. The celebration invites students to wear pajamas to school where they will enjoy guest readers, special reading activities and a celebration of Thanksgiving food. This annual event continues to be a tradition within Leesburg Elementary and is one younger siblings look forward to each year, according to information provided by Warsaw Community Schools.
