OK, Leesburg town board, the Leesburg residents need an explanation on the new sewer bills we received last week.
Question 1: Does this $73 bill we received go on our installation bill or are we paying for sewer lines we don't even have yet?
Question 2: Is this going to be $73 every month?
Question 3: Are we going to have a walk-up or drive-thru drop box or have to put a stupid stamp on it to send it downtown?
And last, but sure as heck not least, I was told the other day that we wouldn't even have to be doing all this sewer stuff right now if the town board would have made two or three people that were letting their sewer drain into the field behind their house fix their own sewer lines and septic system. Is this true?
