ORDINANCE AM ENDING TOWN CODE § 72.99
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to simplify and amend the Town Code for the Town of Leesburg, including § 72.99, which addresses the fines and penalties that are to be imposed in the event of a violation of Chapter 72 of the Town Code.
NOW THEREFORE, §72.99 of the Town Code is amended as follows:
§72.99 PENALTY
(A) Any person, firm, corporation or entity of any kind who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to §10.99 of the Town Code for the Town of Leesburg.
Duly passed and adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Leesburg, Indiana, on this 11th day of March, 2024.
