The students in Mrs. Wright’s class at Pierceton Elementary School enjoyed a lake in their classroom this year. Each year, with the help of students and staff from Grace College, the students get to learn about lake habitats and animals. This program is funded through Kosciusko Lakes and Streams and Paragon Medical. The first-graders enjoyed watching blue gill, catfish and crayfish grow all year. They have learned how to do their part in keeping area lakes clean and healthy. The students thank Paragon Medical and Grace College student Miles Barber for all they have done to make this possible.
