Samantha Jo Leal was born at 3:20 p.m. April 19, 2010, to Brian and Deborah Leal, Mentone. Born at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, she weighed 7 pounds, 5-1/2 ounces and measured 20 inches.
Grandparents are Keith and Marcella Franks and Karen Little, all of Warsaw; Randy and Connie Leal, Utica, Ill.; and the late Alfred Eugene Ethridge. Great-grandparents are Carroll and Eloise Jennings, Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Larry and Mary Jo Majerus, Ottawa, Ill.
Samantha joins four siblings, Ezra, 8, Landon, 6, Madison, 4, and Kloie, 1.
