A Grammy Award-winning Western music group is coming to Rodeheaver Auditorium in Winona Lake.

Riders in the Sky will perform March 11 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at the door for $15 each.

The concert is part of the Lakeland Community Concert Association 2009-10 concert season.

With more than 28 years and more than 5,200 performances under their cowboy belts, members of Riders in the Sky are firmly grounded in the American music traditions of legendary cowboy singers such as Gene Autry, Roy Rogers and the Sons of the Pioneers.

Riders in the Sky formed in 1977 and include Doug, Woody Paul, Too Slim and Joey.

With their recent induction into the Walk of Western Stars in Newhall, Calif., they've only added more luster to their career.
