NAPPANEE – Lavern Huff, 72, Nappanee, died at 2:30 p.m. March 6, 2015, in Elkhart General Hospital. He was born July 15, 1942, in Elkhart County, to Carl and Sylvia Helmuth Huff. On Oct. 19, 1963, in Nappanee, he married Carolyn Hall, who died April 3, 2012. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Church of God, Nappanee, with the Rev. Sam Bennett officiating. Burial is in Union Center Cemetery.
