One of six outstanding warrants from last week’s drug blitz was executed this weekend. Jennifer Ormsby, 31, of 7250 W. Lincolnway, Larwill, was arrested for dealing methamphetamine and possession of two or more chemical reagents with intent to manufacture meth. According to the probable cause affidavit, Ormsby has been charged with dealing meth, a Class B felony, and possession of meth, a Class D felony, resulting from a Sept. 25 incident in North Webster. According to the affidavit Ormsby agreed to meet a confidential informant and trade methamphetamine for pseudoephedrine. The informant parked in the parking lot of Ye Olde Pub. Ormsby, along with a small child, met the informant and began to talk about the deal. The informant gave Ormsby the pseudoephedrine, but Ormsby complained that the box of pseudoephedrine was a 24- count when it should have been a 96-count box. Ormsby then gave the informant a bag with a white powdery substance and told the informant how to get more pseudoephedrine. The white powdery substance was field-tested positive for methamphetamine. Ormsby was arrested at 7:23 p.m. Saturday and is being held at the Kosciusko County Jail on $50,000 bond.
