NORTH WEBSTER — Larry Jernigan, 59, North Webster, passed away on Feb. 9, 2017, at his home. He was born on June 11, 1957, to Douglas and Donna Mock Jernigan. He was a lifelong area resident. His survivors include a sister, Elaine (spouse Mike) Cook, and a brother, Thomas (spouse Andi) Jernigan, both of Syracuse. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
