ROCHESTER – Larry G “Chappy” Chapel, 68, of Kokomo, died at 7:50 a.m. April 21, 2013, in Howard Community Hospital, Kokomo. He was born April 7, 1945, in Howard County, to Fawns Guy and Wilodene Weitzel Chapel. On April 6, 1968, in Rochester, he married Gloria Ann Holloway, who survives. They were married for 45 years. His pre-teen years were spent in Howard County, and at age 10 his family moved to Rochester. In 1963, he graduated with his class. Also surviving are a daughter, Susan (and spouse Kurt) Meissnest; his mother, Wilodene “Willie” Eltzeroth, all of Kokomo; and his father-in-law, Bob Holloway, Rochester.
