Larry D. Popenfoose, 60, of Warsaw, died at 5:32 p.m. June 20, 2010, in his residence.
He was born March 22, 1950, in Warsaw, to Paul and Patricia Paseka Popenfoose.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, he was a route carrier for the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette, News Sentinel and The Papers of Milford. He attended Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Tara Prater and Lara Popenfoose, both of Warsaw; a son, Joby (and spouse Carla) Popenfoose, Warsaw; his father and stepmother, Paul and Clara Popenfoose, Leesburg; a sister, Paula Edwards, Leesburg; a brother, Kenny (and spouse Ann) Popenfoose, Warsaw; and eight grandchildren: Austin, Asia and Kody Popenfoose; Arissa, Ryan Jr. and Devin Caudill; and Joey and Madison Prater. He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother, Michael Popenfoose.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Mark Kelly officiating. Burial will be private.
Calling is two hours prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
