The Indiana Department of Transportation is advising motorists that there will be intermittent, alternating lane restrictions on Ind. 13 this week. Starting today, INDOT maintenance crews will be working in the southbound lane of Ind. 13, between Ind. 14 and U.S. 30. As work is in progress, the road will be restricted to single-lane traffic in alternating directions, controlled by flaggers. This is a continuously slow-moving operation. Drivers should also be aware of merging construction traffic. It is anticipated work will be completed in the southbound lane by end of the day on Thursday.
