Patrick and Tracy Lambert announce the engagement of their daughtr, Andrea Lambert, to Joel Shilling, Leesburg. He is the son of Shelley Shilling and Rodney and Julie Shilling. She is an assistant manager at Penguin Point and a cosmetologist at Style & Design, Warsaw. He works at Bishop Farms and is a volunteer firefighter in Leesburg. The couple plan a June 22, 2013, wedding.
