LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION SALE OF MOBILE HOME INNKEEPER'S LIEN NOTICE is hereby given that the mobile home hereinafter described will be offered for sale by public auction by Lambert. Auctions on the 19th day of October, 2010 at 4:00 pm, at the office of Milford Estates, State Road 15 North, Milford, Indiana 46542 unless redeemed by payment of the lien as provided by law. Illinois 60542 is the hold of lien upon the mobile home being sold hereunder pursuant to I.E. 16-41-27-29 and are causing the mobile home to be sold and this Notice is to be issued pursuant to I.E. 32-33-6-1. The mobile home is available for inspection at Milford Estates, State Road 15 North, Milford, Indiana 46542 at the address identified with the mobile home hereunder. The mobile home to be sold at public auction on October 19, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. is identified hereunder followed by the names of those persons or entities whom the lien holder believes may have an interest in the mobile home.
