Lakeview Middle School recently held its annual school spelling bee. It took 23 rounds for Lydia Harrison (R) to defeat runner-up Soumya Vijayraj (L) by correctly spelling the word “indocile.” Harrison will represent Lakeview at the annual Kosciusko County Spelling Bee, which will be in the Lakeview auditorium Feb. 3 at 6 p.m.
