NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION The Board of Trustees of the Lakeland Regional Sewer District will hold an executive session meeting on September 11, 2013, beginning at 6:00 p.m. o’clock. The meeting will be held at the North Webster Community Center, 301 N. Main Street, North Webster, Indiana 46554. The executive session is being held for discussion of strategy with respect to initiating of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing and to further discuss commercial prospects and contractual matters in accordance with I.C. 5-14-5.1-6.1(b)(2) and (4). 9-7 hspaxlp
