Lakeland Regional Sewer District Public Notice of Intent to File an Application with Rural Development for a Loan PUBLIC NOTICE The Lakeland Regional Sewer District of Kosciusko County, Indiana has tiled an application with the USDA Rural Development, Columbia City Office. The purpose of this application is to seek financial assistance in the form of a loan for new wastewater collection and treatment systems. Copies of the USDA Rural Development application are on file at the Library in the North Webster Community Building for review. The full application was filed on February 25, 2010.
