Lakeland Christian Academy Announces New Faculty

WINONA LAKE - Lakeland Christian Academy announced its three new faculty members this school year.

Bryan Brumbaugh received his bachelor's degree in health and physical education from Grace College.

Brumbaugh teaches physical education and health. He grew up in Winona Lake and attends Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church.

In his spare time he coaches, hunts, fishes and avidly follows the Penn State and Steelers football, Duke basketball, as well as the Cardinals baseball teams.

He loves following Christ, mentoring and discipling others. Justice is very important to him as well as loving others.

His goal in life is to glorify God in everything he says and does. Someday he hopes to minister overseas and reach the lost through sports.

Charles Lee received his bachelor's degree in biology with minors in chemistry and business from Grace College.Lee joins LCA's science department after graduating from Grace in 2010. He graduated from LCA in 2005.

He loves science, math and sports and was the assistant boys soccer coach this fall. His favorite things are God, sports, family and friends.

Aleah Lee received her bachelor's degree in math education from Grace.

She has agreed to join the math department midyear.

She comes from a very small family and grew up in Orrville, Ohio.

She played softball all four years at Grace and still loves the game today. She hopes to some day coach a team.

She is married to Charles Lee. They met at Grace and the newlyweds were married last summer.

She loves spending time with her husband, family and friends, hunting, fishing, knitting and fixing things.

She hopes to eventually teach calculus at the college level.
