NOTICE OF INTENT-LAKE TIPPECANOE PROPERTY OWNERS Lake Tippecanoe Property Owners (PO Box 224, Leesburg, IN 46538) is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lake Tippecanoe Dredging Dewatering Basins, located North of N Kalorama Road, West of CR N 500 E and on the North side of EMS T33 Lane, East of CR N 300 E, near Oswego, Indiana.
