Lake Tippecanoe Property Owners (PO Box 224, Leesburg, IN 46538) is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lake Tippecanoe Ducunee/Neibert Dredging Dewatering Basin, located on the west side of EMS T12 Lane, north of Armstrong Road near North Webster, Indiana.
